Reliable testing using cutting-edge equipment
Our laboratory is equipped with GeneAmp® PCR System 9700 machines, five ABI Prism® 3100 genetic analysers, as well as the Biomek® FX and Biomek® 2000 robotics systems. These state-of-the-art technologies enable our laboratory to process thousands of DNA tests every day, helping us offer our DNA testing services at affordable prices. In addition, our robotics systems have allowed us to automate the DNA purification and preparation steps required at the beginning of every DNA test - thus eliminating manual procedures that could cause sample mix-ups and cross-contamination.

Validated testing using our special Dual Process™
Our laboratory developed the Dual Process to ensure error-free testing. For every DNA test we perform, the samples are carefully divided into two groups for independent testing by two separate teams. The two technical teams carefully record their progress at each step in the testing process, making sure the DNA samples are properly identified and tracked the entire time. When the separate tests are completed, one of our laboratory directors examines the teams' raw and analysed data and makes sure their results match. By corroborating the data, this dual-testing procedure eliminates the possibility of producing false results. Our clients are assured of accurate test results they can trust.
